Interlock Repairs

Unfortunately, we do not offer any interlock repair or interlock relay services. Our focus is new interlock construction.

Warranty

All newly constructed interlock comes standard with a two-year craftsmanship warranty. Ask us about our three- and five-year extended warranty options.

Our Interlock Process

Interested in working with Green Works Contracting to create the outdoor space of your dreams? Before we get started, one thing you should know is that we like to be very hands-on with all our interlock projects and love for you to be just as involved in the process as your comfort level allows.

With that being said, here’s a taste of what you can expect when working with us:

Step 1 – Phone Consultation

Before we begin, we like to start with a conversation over the phone to achieve a better understanding of the project, goals, timeline, and budget. At this time, it allows our experts to answer any questions you may have prior to scheduling an at-home consultation.

Step 2 – In Person Consultation

Most of our consultation that take place at your home are free of charge, however, some exceptions may apply from project to project. At this meeting, our goal is to determine the total scope of work, function/purpose, a sense of style and layout, grade heights, measurements, sun conditions etc. in preparation of an estimate.

Step 3 – Estimate Submission

After our initial meeting and gathering all the necessary information, our experts will get to work estimating your project. Within 10 days you will have received an emailed itemized estimate. Our estimator will typically give you a day or two to review the estimate, then follow up.

Step 4 – Design

Our hand-drafted and scaled drawings come at no charge to those clients wishing to proceed with a project. Cad 2D, 3D, or concept drawings are available at request starting at $900.00 + HST. A drawing is always necessary in order to proceed to a final quote and build stage.

Once the drawing is complete, we will meet again to review the design and to discuss any changes to the design and/or estimate together. Our team values your input, so don’t be afraid to ask questions or make suggestions.

Step 5 – Build

Once the design and quote has been approved, it’s time to bring the plan to life. Our friendly team of experts will get to work on creating your custom backyard interlock patio. Feel free to kick back, relax, and await the stunning results to come.

Completion

And just like that, your project is complete. We’re confident that you’ll be pleased with the final result, and we’re happy to answer any questions you may have about maintenance and upkeep.
